5 · Your data and privacy

5.1. VENU collects minimally about you:

Data needed for the order: name (if you provide), phone, GPS location, photo (optional), order contents.
Account data: email (if you register).
Payment data: handled by the payment service provider, not VENU. We see only a reference to the payment, not the card number.

5.2. GPS pin and photo are deleted within 24 hours of order delivery.

5.3. Order history is kept for 7 years for accounting and tax authority purposes (Estonian Accounting Act).

5.4. You can delete your data at any time by writing to [support@venu.app]. Order history remains (anonymised) for accounting purposes.

5.5. VENU is the data controller for your data in connection with use of the platform. The Partner is the data controller for the specific sales transaction (receipt, accounting).
